This petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 25.08.2018 lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent registered a case in crime No.262 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(2) of I.P.C. as against the accused persons.
