ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.5 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police, dated 11.02.2024 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,26.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and the case was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.35 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases (PCR Court), Dindigul.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4
