This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 08 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tiruchirappalli in M.C.O.P.No.356 of 2023, dated 21.09.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the case bundle was misplaced in the counsel office due to shifting process and that they are unable to trace the case bundle in time. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
