ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the charge memo, dated 02.06.2016, issued by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the charge memo, dated 02.06.2016, was dropped on 09.10.2018 and a promotion was given to the petitioner. A copy of the proceedings, dated 09.10.2018 was also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
