This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation was made only to seek legal assistance for the petitioner's son, who was arrested in a case by the Maldives Police. He further submitted that all necessary assistance had already been provided to the petitioner's son.

3. However, there is no representation for the petitioner.
