This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to issue look out circular and to impound the Passport of A.Sridhar / the 4th Respondent herein bearing Passport No. S7716303 issued by the first respondent herein in Crime No. 16 of 2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the criminal case itself ended in acquittal in C.C.No.61 of 2/4

2022 through Judgment dated 02.05.2023. The copy of the Judgment was also placed before this Court.
