Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGABHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence vide order dated 01.08.2024. He was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 am. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition since 10.08.2024. He is said to have been absent on five occasions. We are satisfied that the said absence is not wilful. The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTC), Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil on the first working day of every month. 2/3
