ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the court below to speedily dispose of C.C.No.331 of 2015.

2. The accused are 24 in number. The learned Government Advocate states that since the workload of the Court is rather heavy, time limit may not be stipulated.

3.I would have in normal circumstances accepted the said plea and refrained from giving any direction. But the case on hand is more than six years old. Therefore, a direction for speedy disposal has to be given. An accused is also entitled to speedy disposal. Therefore, the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aundipatty is directed to dispose of C.C.No.331 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.05.2022.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on these terms.
