2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent would submit that as per the Charge Sheet, there are 8 witnesses. 7 witnesses had already been examined and the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 25.11.2022. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
