O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a mandamus to the respondent Police to dispose of the complaint given by the petitioner against her husband and in-laws on account of matrimonial disputes alleging that the father-in-law has misbehaved with the petitioner and it is submitted that, even then, the respondent Police have not taken any action on the complaint.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side)l on the other hand, submits that, the complaint has been registered as C.S.R.No.206 of 2023 and enquiry was already initiated and the petitioner has appeared before the respondent Police and given in writing that they will resolve the disputes before the elders of the family. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has shown the copy of the undertaking letter given by the petitioner to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submits that the enquiry in the complaint filed by the petitioner was closed on 08.06.2023.

3. Since the enquiry itself has already been closed, no further directions is required to be given in this case. Accordingly, this writ Petition is disposed of. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion of the respondent Police, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and file a petition appropriately.
