ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Arunraj Advoate for the Petitioners in all Crl.MPs and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the respondents in all Crl MPs, this Court made the following order: These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 16.08.2024 in Crl.A(MD)Nos.647, 660, 665 of 2024. 2.It is seen from the affidavit filed by the appellants that they have complied with the condition till now as imposed by this Court and prays to relax the same. 3.Considering the above facts and nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners/appellants is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear
and sign before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., without fail until further orders. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
