This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No. 149 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transfer to the file of Family Court, Madurai. 2.The petitioner is residing at Madurai and has no income. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Madurai to Dharmapuri for each and every hearings.

3.Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 149 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
