Petition is filed under Section 482 o fthe Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the Respondent No.2 for expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.699/2013 on the file of the respondent no.2 before the jurisdictional magistrate in accordance with law. ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for his wilful disobedience to the order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 8633 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019 and punish him under the contempt of Court Act.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 8633 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019, the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the concerned Court on 26.12.2019 and notice is also served on the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Therefore there is no disobedience on the part of the respondent as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 8633 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019. Hence this Contempt petition is closed.
