The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.09.2019.

2. Perusal of the said representation would reveal that the petitioner seeks initiation of action against the revenue officials in respect of the grant of patta, cancellation of patta and mutation in the revenue records.

3. The relief sought for in the representation itself is innocuous and therefore, the writ petition is not entertainable. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of the grant of patta or cancellation of patta, he has to approach the competent authority under the provisions of the Patta Passbook Act. Contrarily, he cannot send a representation in general and file a writ petition for a direction to consider the representation, which would not do any service to the cause of justice. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
