SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7857 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.654 of 2024, dated 05.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of the condition imposed against the petitioner, this petition is allowed, and the condition shall be modified as the petitioner shall report before the learned Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Ramanathapuram once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the main criminal appeal.
