This appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree passed by the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, made in O.S.No.105 of 2009, dated 18.06.2010.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter is already settled between the parties out of Court. However, the respondents have not made their appearance.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Appeal Suit is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
