This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the amount due to the petitioner for the work done with interest within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the remaining amount would be paid within a period of two months.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if they are aggrieved by the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
