ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his appeal filed as against the order of the District Registrar is pending for more than a year, has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry on the petitioner's appeal is yet to be concluded and that it would be completed within a period of twelve weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and conclude the proceedings, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties 2/4

concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
