JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The plaintiffs in O.S.No.77 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur are the appellants herein. It was a suit for partition.

2.The matter was referred to mediation. All the outstanding issues have been amicably resolved. Settlement agreement dated 13.02.2026 entered into between the parties and signed by the respective counsel has been placed before us. The impugned judgment and decree is set aside. 2/4
