PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent vide his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.31942/2015/A4 dated 30.06.2016 and consequential order of the third respondent in Pa.Mu.No.1540/2013/Aa5, dated 18.09.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

The petitioner has assailed a communication dated 13.07.2016 by which the petitioner was informed that the enquiry in the revision petition cannot be proceeded with in view of the pendency of A.S.No.116 of 2013 before the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 submits that the appeal was subsequently disposed of.

3. In view of these developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, since it is now open to the petitioner or his legal heirs to take further action. By taking note of the above developments, W.P(MD).No.14639 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
