2. The petitioner has given a complaint on 31.07.2021 before the first respondent. It was forwarded to the second respondent. The petitioner's grievance is that till date, the matter is still kept pending. The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. In the enquiry process, the petitioner has to be necessarily associated in person. No costs.
