This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 22.06.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 22.06.2015 and subsequently, the order of suspension was revoked and he was reinstated in service and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
