O R D E R

This criminal original petition had been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 141 of 2019 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police Station. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submitted that the parties arrived at compromise. Also, in the affidavit filed by the second Respondent, it is stated that he had received a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensation from the petitioner and also he undertakes that he will not file any Motor Accident claim petition.

3. In the light of the said undertaking filed by the second Respondent/victim, the FIR in Crime No.141 of 2019, on the file of the first Respondent herein, is quashed. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed.
