ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus on the strength of the Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011. The said circular has been quashed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hence, the prayer in the writ petition could not be granted.

2. However, taking into consideration the subsequent development, namely amendment to the registration Act by insertion of Section 77-A, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 1st respondent herein by filing appropriate application under Section 77-A of the Registration Act within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent after issuing appropriate notice to all the parties concerned, shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

3. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
