ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 to permit him to go to abroad by issuing No Objection Certificate in his File.No.MD1084916577725 dated 12.06.2025 pending before the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.37 of 2025 for offences under Sections 281, 106(1) of BNS Act, 2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent submits that pursuant to the aforesaid FIR in Crime No.37 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025, a charge sheet has been filed and taken on file as C.C.No.229 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Ramanathapuram.

4. Considering the same, there is no scope for positive direction to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned Court for obtaining a necessary Certificate.
