JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN., J.) This appeal has been filed by the defendants 5 and 6 aggrieved by the judgment dated 29.01.2016 in O.S.No.61 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants had stated that in spite of repeated several communications, the appellants have not come forward to give necessary instructions. It is obvious that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting this appeal. Additionally, the learned counsel also filed a memo stating no instruction and enclosing the communication issued to the appellants. 3.In view of the above, this appeal suit stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
