RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14733/2021 dated 27/10/2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIMARAN NA, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14733 of 2021 on 27.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the petitioner is having four previous cases. The investigation is still pending.

No.14733 of 2021 on 27.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
