This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant plan approval to construct a house in Survey No.161/15, Thangachiammapatti village to an extent of 2715.54 Sq.Ft.by by considering the petitioner's application bearing dated 27.05.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the application submitted by the petitioner seeking building approval on 27.05.2024, has not been considered. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader for the fifth respondent submitted that the required fee has not been paid by the petitioner. If the said 2/5
amount is paid, the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered immediately.
4.Whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petiioner has paid the necessary fee through online. He also submitted the copy of the online receipt for such payment. He has also produced his bank statement to show that a sum of Rs.63,760/- has been transferred from his HDFC bank account on 27.05.2024 to the Panchayat Raj Department. 5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the fifth respondent along with the relevant documents to show the payment made by him through online. On receipt of the same, the fifth respondent shall pass orders on the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
