P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned orders passed by the 2nd respondent herein passed order vide his proceedings Reference Na.Ka.No.B2/3751/2023 dated 06.08.2024 and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent herein vide his proceeding Na.Ka.No.B2/3751/2023 dated 05.09.2024 and quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to supply the paddy to the petitioner's mill as per the agreement for hulling purpose.
