ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 16.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this petitioner was already granted bail by this Court, but the same was not complied. The petitioner also did not mention the above said facts in this petition.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to Covid-19, he was admitted in hospital and could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Whatever it may be, the petitioner ought to have mentioned the above said facts in this petition. the petitioner ought to have filed petition to get extension of time to comply with the condition, which was imposed in the earlier order.

4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
