O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pursuant to FIR in Crime No. 882 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The ground on which this petition is filed that the petitioner is no way involved in the above said occurrence and to show the same, he has also produced some photographs.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that within a period of two months, investigation will be completed by the respondent police and final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the above submissions, let the petitioner appear before the first respondent herein and produce all the documents, so that the first respondent may take into account the same at the time of investigation. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy, if so aggrieved over the contents of the final report to be filed.
