This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the charge memo, dated 05.07.2016, issued by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent developments, after filing of the writ petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
