ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 15.11.2019, and the requisition letter dated 19.11.2021 in D.No.1406 of 2021, submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, this Court made the following order:
These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.98 of 2017. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petitions, by the order, dated 15.11.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.98 of 2017, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 18.11.2021, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.98 of 2017 and it is made clear that no further time is granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2014.
