2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.1994 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13363 of 2021 on 09.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.11558 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.1994 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13363 of 2021 on 09.03.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
