Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has challenged the charge memo, subsequently, the respondents have completed disciplinary proceedings and exonerated the petitioner from the charges. The submission is recorded.
