Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17128 of 2021 on 02.11.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. But the first petitioner is having one previous against him.

CRL MP(MD) No.11547 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17128 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 is relaxed in respect of second petitioner and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and modified in respect of the first petitioner and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
