PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the third incentive increment from the date of acquiring MA.,(Tamil) in May 1992 and arrears of third increment as per G.O.(1D) No.198, dated 04.07.2021 and upheld by this Court, by order dated 01.12.2016 in W.P(MD) No.16453 of 2013, on the file of this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant the third incentive increment from the date of acquiring MA., (Tamil) in May 1992 and arrears of third increment as per G.O.(1D) No.198, dated 04.07.2021 and upheld by this Court, by order dated 01.12.2016 in W.P(MD) No.16453 of 2013, on the file of this Court. 2.Today (22.12.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the prayer has not been properly moulded and he sought the indulgence of this Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 3.In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application. No Costs.
