Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings of the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No. 040398/W2/E2/2016, dated 22.7.2016 along with seniority panel for the year 2016-17 for the post of PG Assistant (Botany) and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to conduct an enquiry by receiving reports from the all Chief Educational officers of the concerned district and Headmasters of the concern schools and re-fix the seniority list for the post of P.G Assistant (Botany) and promote the petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant (Botany).
