ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Superintendent working in the respondent Department seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to dispose of his appeal, dated 10.06.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. As against the belated regularization order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 10.06.2024 and the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner on 10.06.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
