This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.307 of 2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case is under trial and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.307 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
