Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned circulars dated 07.06.2013 bearing circular No.Na.Ka.No.9218/2010/Aa4, 29.06.2013 bearing Na.Ka.No.29565/2012-2013/Ka.Pa.Pe passed by the second and third respondents and consequential proceedings passed by the fourth respondent dated 08.09.2015 bearing The.Mu.Ka.No.768/2015/Thi.Pa and quash the same and direct the respondents to release the subsidy amount of Rs.28,55,939/- within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
