PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other orders or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the dangerous trees neighboring petitioners residential house at Door No.16-111/2 Narayanathuvillai, Veerkambi Post, Kanyakumari District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the dangerous trees grown nearby the petitioner's residential house at Door No.16-111/2 Narayanathuvillai, Veerkambi Post, Kanyakumari District.

2.Today(13.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
