O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation commenced by them pursuant to the Registration of FIR No.220/2016/E0004 to the file of the Additional Director (Investigation), Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Regional Office, Mumbai, the third respondent herein for further investigation.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
W.P.(MD)No.15100 of 2016 submitted that after registration of FIR No.220/2016/E0004, the investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.239 of 2019 on the file of the CMM Patiala House Curt, New Nelhi. 3.In view of the above, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
