ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, CSR.No.322 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
