ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the sixth respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's brother Michael Jebin is a history sheeted person and he is involved in two cases in Crime Nos.228 of 2024 and 303 of 2024 and that they went to the shop of the petitioner only in search of the accused Michael Jebin. 2/6

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has threatened the petitioner to close the shop. He would further submit that the petitioner's brother has been released on bail in the case in Crime No.228 of 2024.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
