This Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from break opening the premises in Door.No.19, New No.29B, 29C and 32, Ward No.13, Mela Theru, Melur, Madurai District without due process of law based on the complaint of the 4th respondent

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent is supporting the case of the fourth respondent and trying to take back the possession of the premises in Door.No.19, New No.29B, 29C and 32, Ward No.13, Mela Theru, Melur, Madurai District.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no one lodged complaint before the second and third respondent here in and they never interfered with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the property in Door.No.19, New No.29B, 29C and 32, Ward No.13, Mela Theru, Melur, Madurai District.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
