J U D G M E N T

The present Appeal has been filed by the husband, challenging the order passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, dismissing the petition seeking divorce.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the appellant, viz., M.Samuel Jebastin Yesudoss had passed away on 29.04.2020 and he has also filed a Death Certificate to that effect.
