2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed in C.C.No.420 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
