The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased appellant Late.Ammavasi, and rank them as appellants 2 to 7 in the above appeal in S.A(MD) No.603 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the matter on 05.01.2026.
