This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by one of the defendants in O.S.No.153 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kulithalai to transfer the same to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents had brought to the notice of this Court that a similar application in Tr.C.M.P.No.467 of 2018 was filed by other defendants before this Court and the same was dismissed on 30.01.2019. 2/4
